Norway has announced a new military aid package valued at approximately $315 million, aimed at bolstering Ukraine’s defense capabilities. The package includes advanced weapon systems and equipment intended to enhance Ukraine’s military operations amid ongoing conflicts.

The aid package features laser-guided missiles for Ukraine’s F-16 fighter jets, specifically the APKWS (Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System). Additionally, Norway will provide guidance kits designed to upgrade existing Hydra 70 rockets, transforming them into precision-guided munitions suitable for both F-16 aircraft and ground-based air defense systems. The package also includes S-300 air defense missiles, which are intended to strengthen Ukraine’s air defense network.
