A woman in Portland was involved in a disruptive incident involving Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents on March 28. According to witnesses, the woman, believed to be middle-aged, was operating a vehicle and attempting to obstruct ICE activities, reportedly running a red light and maneuvering her car to corner agents’ vehicle.

The incident escalated when authorities pulled her over in an effort to detain her, but she attempted to flee the scene. During the attempted escape, her vehicle was struck by an ICE vehicle. Following the collision, she exited her car and reportedly pleaded, “I’m just a mom! I’m just a mom!” in a bid to explain her actions.

Law enforcement officials have not publicly commented on her motives, but the incident has garnered attention locally. No injuries were reported, but the event highlights ongoing tensions surrounding immigration enforcement and individual protests. Authorities are continuing their investigation to understand the full context of the confrontation.
